A long needed update

Wow, I can't believe how long it has been since I've posted.  I've tried a few times, with intent on actually finishing a post and publishing it, and then running out of time.  I've been super busy.  School Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... Deseret Book Tuesday or Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  Work Study usually one the day I don't work Deseret book (Tuesday or Wednesday) Thursday, and Friday.  Sunday is my nice relaxing day...with my hubby.

Being so busy almost make me feel like I don't have anything to say.  A few Sundays ago Jer and I did go around the alpine loop and that was breathtaking.  We had a full tank of gas and all afternoon.  We thought we'd be adventurous.  There is a turn off maybe two miles up the canyon and we went up there.  There was a lake and some really nice looking campsites.  Then it dead ended.  So we went back to the main road.  Then there was a place about 2/3 of the way through that there was a choice to continue on to Provo Canyon or you could go left and go to 'Crystal Springs'.  Well we still had a full tank of gas and all afternoon so we went left.  We came across these pretty little springs that had a boardwalk that we could walk around see it.  It was a nice little find.  We then continued our adventure and found out that we actually go spit out in Midway/Heber.  Didn't know that was going to happen.  But it was fun nonetheless.  I loved the fall colors and a chance to get out and explore the area.  A must to go back.

I also went to Cache Valley this week.  I had fieldwork on Thursday and Friday.  Two very very long days.  I thought I'd be there from 8-4 or so... I ended up staying until almost 6.  I can tell I'm conditioned for 6 hour blocks of time.  School at most is about six hours, work is about six hours, so about two o'clock I started dragging.  Four hours later I'm done for the night.  I learned so much though!  I loved it.  What a difference from spring's fieldwork.  I think if I do end up in a geriatric setting I would be happy doing it.  I really enjoyed working with my fieldwork supervisor. She knows her stuff.  I also like that she has a bit of a different approach.  Hopefully I can learn alot from her.

We also went to the SV football game, my sister Dayna is part of the color-guard and they were performing with the marching band that night at halftime.  That was really a lot of fun. SV has a fun program this year.  Hopefully I can see them perform next time they are down in this area.

Well I think that really just wraps up my life.  I've had fun. Super busy but fun.  I've enjoyed the various aspects of my life.  I wish there was a few more hours in the day for me to enjoy them all, but I'd probably just fit something else in there.  Can't believe I'll be graduating from college in just over six months!  Not sure if I'm ready for this big world of a careers.  I'm almost all grown up (just need to buy a house).

Here are my pictures from the drive

I also had my Mission Reunion.  It was so uplifting to see President and Sister Pfile as well as all the Elders from my mission and a few companions.  Loved it!  Can't wait for the next one.

I also hit 1,000 page views.  It took a while, but hey at least I hit it!
