Georgia!!!

Just chillin in Colorado... my trip has begun! So originally I was going to fly to Florida with my dad and go up to Atlanta and see my old companion Sister Galli....aka Amy now. She's been one of my favorite missionary companions. Before she went home we'd talk about the stuff we'd do when I went to visit her in Georgia.

But flying to Florida with my dad didn't work, there wouldn't be much time I could spend with her. So my parents made a deal that If I stayed and took care of the kids while my mom and dad went to Florida they would fly me out whenever I wanted. So I talked to her and she invited me to come out the 4th of July weekend. So here I am! I'm way excited!

Why is it when I fly I end up going by myself? Its kind of hectic trying to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing, especially security and checking in. I managed past security and made it to the plane and on to Denver, now my big question is can I just show the boarding pass I printed from the website? Or do I need to check in somewhere. In a little bit I'll go to the gate and ask questions... In the meantime I'll sit here with my laptop plugged in and watch LOTR Return of the King (Extended Edition....its a long flight!)

Wednesday was my birthday, it was nice. I got a new handbag and some temple clothing. I really wanted that. The trip is part of my birthday present too.

I really wish I'd thought about flying out to Georgia and staying, then on Tuesday flying back to Denver and then spending a few days in Colorado and coming home Friday or Saturday. That would be so much fun! I'll have to remember next time.
